About Event

Join the Impact Capital Managers’ Talent and Diversity Working Group at Cooley's Hudson Yards offices this Climate Week for the launch of its groundbreaking "Paths to Partner" report, authored by members of the Emerging Leaders Committee.

In this report, we explore the importance of talent development for firms' success. Partner-level ICM members share insights on moving up in the industry and best practices for team advancement. Join us for a walkthrough of its key takeaways with Emma Sissman of Goldman Sachs Sustainable Investing Group, followed by a fireside chat between Adrianna Alterman of Salesforce Ventures Impact Fund and Stonly Blue, Managing Partner & Co-Founder at Third Sphere, a pioneering climate-tech investment fund, and Amy Nelson, Managing Partner at Rethink Education, a purpose-driven investment manager.

Light breakfast will be provided, with time to network both before and after the event's substantive content.

If you have recently been exposed to, are experiencing symptoms of, and/or have tested positive for COVID-19 or any other contagious illness, please refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s respiratory virus guidance to determine if you should attend this event.
