​YouthTheGapCIC has partnered with the Projects to curate an interactive evening designed to call you in, not call you out.

​Age bias is real, no cap 🧢 Kaia, founder of YouthTheGapCIC, will be joined by intergenerational voices from the Brighton & Hove community, giving a safe yet brave space to unpack our assumptions:

• ​Gen Z: Dyar Hussain (TEDx Speaker, Decolonial Activist)

• ​Gen Y: Pippa Moyle (Founder of City Girl Network, Top 100 Inspiring UK Female Entrepreneurs 2024)

• ​Gen X: Kevan Smith (TEDx Speaker, Founder of Brighton United)

• ​Gen X: Bethanie Lunn (Founder of Untamed, Keynote Speaker)

​This event goes beyond conversation, diving deep into the realities of what proactive allyship actually looks like and the courage it takes to embrace accountability in both personal and professional spaces. It will forcibly shed a light on the systemic challenges that shape the each generation and how these forces show up in your life, whether you’re a worker, a founder, or a changemaker in your community.

​Expect an enlightening evening featuring:

• ​“Facts First”: a 30-minute workshop exploring the current age inequalities, including in entrepreneurship, business and start-ups.

• ​“It’s Giving 💅”: 30-minute workshop challenging our age biases, inspired by “The Jubilee” social experiments

​This is your chance to reflect, engage, and leave with tools to foster real change in your spheres of influence.
