About Event

Join me in this Fierce angle or Goddess pose as we focus on gently relieving tightness, aches & pains and work on improving our flexibility and mobility. This pose will enable us to also build strength and stability to create a strong base for the hips and spine

​Items needed for class:

* Yoga mat, large towel or blanket

Optional:

  • Blocks, cushions or pillows, strap or belt & a small stool or chair

* An undisturbed area to practice (this is YOU time) :)
