Carrie is the founder of The Big Lil, a woman-owned and led consulting firm providing Fractional COOs to social enterprises and nonprofits navigating growth and change. With over two decades of experience leading organizations, managing teams, and restructuring operations, Carrie has worked through high-growth scaling, major redesigns, and operational challenges. She has successfully started, grown, and sold a small business that ranked in the top 1% in revenue for women-owned businesses and has led a nonprofit through a complete transformation. Carrie is an Echoing Green Fellow and a PSBJ 40 Under 40 honoree, has been cited in The New York Times, and was invited to the White House to represent women-owned businesses. She specializes in helping mission-driven organizations build strong teams, engage stakeholders, and design operational systems that drive meaningful change.
