​Join us this June for a night of inspired storytelling. She Wolf X Sync Collective collaborate to bring you Beats & Backstories in Barcelona: a delicately stitched live music, networking and story writing experience, for the curious ones. For one night only, we'll unravel in song and learn the powerful integration of chords and poetry, melody and prose. Just like a live playlist - written by you! 

​How it works: 

• ​We begin with a real and raw moment of truth: a real-life couch conversation with Barcelona's freshest producer, writer and soul vocalist: Ira Kana. You'll witness an intimate portrait of the singer herself, in a soulful interview led by Natasha Fracchiolla (of She Wolf and Room 206); one that will move us between live song and live story.

• ​Networking: You'll have the chance to ask questions and meet like-minded musos, followers, She Wolf members, creatives and good people in a 40-minute social networking arena.

• ​Soon after, you'll be guided through an exclusive creative writing journey from pen to page. You'll engage with Ira's live playlist as you free write and journal.

• ​You'll explore creative story-writing techniques backed by the live notes of Ira Kana - our debut artist of the night. Together, we'll listen to her story of triumph and truth, and discover new ways to express your own story through the power of writing. 

• ​It's going to be something special! You'll be charmed by the chords and your own capacity for writing and self-love. Come see.

​Your Hosts: Led by Natasha Fracchiolla, of Room 206 and the Barcelona She Wolf Writing Community, in collaboration with Sync Collective, Europe's freshest on-demand vinyl artist publisher, we'll gather to write, to listen, to connect, and to deepen our connection with the stories we hold deep within us, as women.

​This writing event is for you if: you're a curious muso, a writer, a non-writer, a She Wolf member, a woman of the world looking to explore your own personal story in fresh, creative ways. No previous writing experience required. Psst! Suprise vinyl moment for the diehards at the end!)

​Ticket 2 is for you if you're a fierce femme, and you're all in for the music, the artist, her story and a beautifully crafted creative writing journey.

​18:00 - 19:00 - Artist in Conversation - Ira Kana (open to all): Real and raw backstory session (live) with our soul-femme resident artist, Ira Kana - includes community networking opportunity. Ticket: €10 (1.5 hour access)

​19:00 -  21:00 -  Beats & Backstories Full Program (open to all women): Artist in Conversation + Live Music + 2-hr Writing Workshop (sold together). Ticket: €35 (Full Access)
