Trina Haynes is a dynamic advocate and voice in the ADHD community, known for her platform, My Lady ADHD. Through her work, Trina aims to destigmatize ADHD and foster a supportive community where people feel understood and inspired to thrive.
IngerShaye Colzie MSW, LSW is an ADHD Executive Leadership Coach and founder of the ADHD Black Professionals Alliance, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting Black individuals with ADHD through education, advocacy, and community. In addition to her nonprofit work, she helps Black women leaders and professionals with ADHD find clarity, confidence, and balance in their personal and professional lives.
Ying Deng is a Certified Transformation Life Coach and mindfulness expert. As a first-generation Asian immigrant with late-diagnosed ADHD, she specializes in coaching BIPOC and immigrant clients while also supporting individuals from all backgrounds.
Through their stories, they will explore the profound impact this has had on both their personal and professional lives, offering candid insights into the challenges they've encountered and the strategies they've developed to thrive.This panel is a unique opportunity to hear firsthand accounts of resilience and adaptation.
