About Event

Join us for a transformative breathwork journey designed to help you tap into your inner peace, vitality, and inherent joy. This beginner-friendly practice welcomes all levels of experience, guiding you through a gentle yet powerful exploration of breath, body, and emotion.

Hi, I'm Kim, a certified yoga instructor and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator with over 10 years of experience, and I will guide you through this immersive experience.

What to Expect:

Our session unfolds in a carefully structured way:

  • (15 minutes) Gentle Introduction: We'll begin with an overview of breathwork, its benefits, and what to expect during the session. This is a space to get comfortable and ask any initial questions.

  • (30 minutes) Guided Breathwork Practice: You'll be guided through a series of breathing techniques. We'll start with a gentle warm-up to prepare the body (somatic - relating to the body, especially as distinct from the mind). We'll then gradually build towards a rhythmic 3-part circular breathing pattern set to a curated playlist designed to inspire an energetic cadence and support emotional release (ecstatic - characterized by a feeling of overwhelming happiness or joyful excitement; in this context, referring to the potential for expansive and enlivening experiences). This active breathing practice combines conscious breathing techniques to facilitate access to a non-ordinary state of consciousness. This will be followed by intentional breath retention periods, allowing you to explore deeper states of awareness. This cycle will be repeated twice, offering a profound opportunity for release and rejuvenation.

  • (15 minutes) Q&A and Integration: We'll conclude with a dedicated time for questions, sharing experiences, and integrating the practice. This is a valuable space to connect with yourself and others.
