The training will focus on working with and balancing the 3 lower chakras—your foundation:
Root Chakra (Muladhara): Safety, family, money.
Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana): Sexuality, creativity, emotional flow.
Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura): Personal power, confidence, willpower.
