What to expect:

8.00AM - Meeting at Norrsken House
8.05-8.45AM - 5k run along the beach at a conversational pace (Target pace 6mins/km)
9.00-10.30AM - Coffee and a well deserved breakfast at Skapa Kitchen in Norrsken House
