Dysfunctional March Madness 🏀
Did you miss out on Fantasy Football last season?! Time to make up for that with March Madness!
✅ Rules & Logistics
This is a "Dysfunctional" event, Nicole's own special brand of fantasy sports meant to be fun and silly!
There will be a randomized way we are choosing brackets, this is an online event!
We will be using Sleeper App to manage brackets and points and I will input them during/after the draft.
$20 venmoed to @ndpiggott (last four 5335) gets you your opportunity to set a bracket for the NCAA Division I men’s and women's basketball tournaments.
There's no need to follow anything or switch anything, unlike Fantasy Football once a bracket is set, it's SET!
You will have between after the seeding on March 16th - MIDNIGHT on March 17th to choose your bracket and send it to Nicole. If you don't get it to her by then, no refunds but no playing either!
I will send out an email to everyone registered and PAID that you can fill out anyway you choose and get back to me. I will upload the information into Sleeper and then you can watch points over the March Madness games!
What is March Madness?
The NCAA Division I men’s basketball tournament is a single-elimination tournament of 68 teams that compete in seven rounds for the national championship. The penultimate round is known as the Final Four, when (you guessed it) only four teams are left.
The NCAA Division I men’s and women's basketball tournaments both start with a bracket of 64 teams. Before the games begin, you can try your hand at predicting the winner for each one of the 63 games. Your methodology is entirely up to you, whether that's taking a deep dive into the statistics, flipping a coin, or having your dog make picks for you.Â
Then, sit back and watch the madness unfold as you revel in victory, or witness your bracket get busted before the first weekend.
As the games progress, you’ll get points for every winner you picked correctly. Those points increase every round (games in the second round are worth twice as much as games in the first round, and so on). At the end of the tournament, the player in each group with the most points wins that group.

💵 Ticket Cost & Refund Policy
The cost of your registration goes toward supplies for draft and after that completely back to you! There will be three winners for men's and three winners for women's and the amount the winners get will be determined by how many registrations we have.
There will be NO REFUNDS granted for this event. If you register and are no longer able to attend, please update your RSVP and contact the host but please understand that no exceptions will be made for ticket refunds.
