His next adventure at Robinhood will be to head up TA Operations defining and leading the Operational Strategy for the Talent organization. James also co-founded and helped scale Binc, a leading tech RPO company, over a span of 11 years until they were acquired in 2021 by Robinhood. Prior to Binc, James spent several years in various recruiting and M&A roles at Microsoft and Bridgewater Associates. He has a passion for data, inclusion, and delivering great results and experiences for talent and hiring organizations.
