​Learn how to set healthy boundaries with confidence and compassion. Together, we’ll explore why boundaries are crucial for keeping our relationships healthy and how different types of boundaries support us in different ways. We'll learn to be more aware of the signs when we need them as well as proven strategies to communicate them clearly and effectively.

​​About Your Therapist Facilitator, Avni

​Avni Panchal, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, has assisted hundreds of clients in overcoming their inner critic and embracing a fulfilling and authentic life. She provides private practice services to individuals and couples across five states, offering global empowerment and international relationship coaching.

​In addition to her professional practice, Ms. Panchal serves as an instructor in the Social Work Graduate Program at San Francisco State University, actively contributing to the training of social workers and mental health professionals throughout California.​
