Join After Hours Club for our next Women Who Lead on June 30 at Centra Studios in Midtown. this female founders series is dedicated to honoring the mental well-being of women who are constantly building, leading, and supporting others. Through creativity, wellness, and community, we’ve curated an immersive experience designed to replenish your energy and reignite inspiration.

What to Expect/ Schedule:
• An introduction led by Riki Zahn, founder of After Hours Club
• A restorative pilates session led by Anj Pilates to reconnect with your body. (Mats Provided by Stakt)
Anj is a 600 hr certified classically trained instructor that focuses on athletic movements and really connecting with clients. She is also on a mission to make pilates accessible in NYC. She hosts $25 reformer classes weekly - find her on insta @movewithanj
• A calming sound bath and meditation experience by Alexa Hirchberg
Alexa Hirschberg is an NYC-based Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master Healer, Pilates Instructor, Sculpt Instructor, Sound Healer, and friend.

• An intimate mental health discussion led by Be You Therapy's founder Madeline and senior psychotherapist Julia.
• One on one life coaching sessions by Faith Bergman, founder of Life with intention.
Faith is the founder of the Life with Intention Method, a one-on-one coaching program designed to help individuals cultivate a strong mindset and build sustainable habits. After working in finance and facing overwhelming stress and anxiety—paired with the realization that she didn’t truly know how to care for herself while managing a demanding career—Faith embarked on her own journey of transformation. • Ear seedings by Dr. Nicole Hark, founder of Haystack Acupuncture
As a practitioner, Nicole has worked with over a thousand patients all over New York City. She has treated trauma recovery, mental-emotional stability, orthopedic pain, men’s sexual health & more. She is constantly learning from her patients, growing with her patients & expanding her practice. Nicole got into acupuncture for orthopedics, but stayed in for mental health & what she can do for her patients.
