You & Me Tea: A Mother's Day Celebration
🫖 About the Event 🫖
Friends, we're so excited to make a space to celebrate motherhood with this community! Get a little dressy and join us for a home-hosted "You & Me" Tea for you and you kiddo(s). We will be providing an assortment of teas and lemonade, as well as a variety of finger sandwiches (with allergy-friendly options). We ask you to bring a shareable tea-time treat as well to fill out our spread! It can be as complex as your favorite individually decorated tea cakes or as simple as pound strawberries still in their carton — we all know what the throes of parenting are like, there is no judgement!
This will be a primarily outdoor event, weather permitting. Emily has a great fully enclosed backyard with a covered porch, a play structure, a water table, a mini trampoline, a tiny "hiking" path, and other outdoor toys. We will also have craft materials for kids (or grown ups!) to make Mother's Day cards.
We're looking forward to raising a tea cup (and a pinky!) to one another...hopefully to the beautiful tones of our children's peaceful laughter! 😂

10:00 - 10:30 PM – Arrivals, hellos, play, and tea-time
10:30 - 10:45 PM – Connection circle: a change to introduce ourselves and our kiddos
10:45 - 12:00 PM – Free-flow tea party and play

A Few Things to Keep in Mind
This is a space to celebrate mothers in all stages — if you want to be here, we want you here!
Children of all ages are welcome, but this the home of a 2 and 4 year old, so we do not have a ton in the way of pre-teen and teen entertainment!
