Wonky Willie's Authentic Interactive Extravaganza with Aaron

​This is an RPGFest event; we'll be playing an in-person tabletop roleplaying game with a small group. The game will be hosted in Western Queens. Come prepared to roleplay!

​You are children, and your parents brought you to a sparsely decorated warehouse that was promoted as a delightful afternoon in a chocolatier’s workshop.

Wonky Willie’s Authentic Interactive Extravaganza is a dungeon crawl coated in sugary surrealism, drizzled with danger, and a rich filling of dread.

The GM says: Well, you're in it now. Got the golden ticket and everything. Best make the most of it. Danger would be welcome. Much better than boredom, and this place screams boredom. You got in, but can you get out? Alive? Whole? Unchanged?

This is a surreal dungeon crawl in the old-school style. Players aren't limited to the numbers on their character sheet. Creativity and collaborative problem solving are hallmarks of this sort of game. Combat and violence are on the table, as is death. Players whose characters die will get right back in the action with a new character, though, so take risks, try things out, and take unconventional approaches.

NB: I'm still evaluating systems for this. Cairn is my top choice so far, followed by Troika! or maybe the Mausritter-derived Lilliputian. They're all rules-lite, so don't worry!

PS: As per usual with my games, we will need to arrange hosting unless you all want to come out to outer Queens (I'd be happy to have you).
