About Event

Why can’t you stop scrolling—even when it makes you feel worse?

It’s not you. It’s your brain being exploited to keep you hooked - through fear, anger, and anxiety.

This workshop is your chance to break the cycle.

This isn’t about quitting your phone or pretending the world isn’t messy. It’s about reclaiming your attention, setting real boundaries, and showing up more fully—for yourself and the world around you.

Under the leadership of an experienced therapist, you will:

  • Learn the latest science and discuss what it means for your life.

  • Practice strategies to become more aware and in control.

  • Get inspiration and accountability by connecting with others who are also struggling with their screens.

This Connect & Grow workshop is 90 minutes long, with cameras on. Share if you want, or just listen.

About Your Therapist Facilitator, Jessica

Jessica Eiseman, MS, LPC-S, NCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with over 14 years of experience. Jessica leads workshops that are equal parts insightful, validating, and refreshingly real—designed to meet people exactly where they are.

Participants often describe her workshops as “game-changing,” “down-to-earth,” and “the kind that actually sticks with you.” Whether she’s exploring topics like ADHD in women and girls, secondary trauma, or how we show up for ourselves and others, Jessica brings warmth, humor, vulnerability, and practical tools that people can use long after the session ends.

Participation Guidelines

This workshop is designed to be connective and educational. While the content may be personally meaningful, it is not therapy or healthcare. To maintain a respectful and connected environment for all participants, we require cameras on and that you join from a quiet and private space.
