Through interactive workshop you'll dive into the Lean Startup Principles, Business Model Canvas, and how to conducts Customer Discovery to ensure you're building a viable solution that customers want to pay for.

During this workshop, you'll gain practical strategies to build, test, and refine your business ideas.

​📋 What You'll Learn:

• ​Develop and test a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) using Lean Startup principles.

• ​Map out your business vision with the Business Model Canvas.

• ​Conduct customer interviews to validate product-market fit.

​REMINDER: All participants are required to attend a minimum of 2 out of the 4 Pre-NVC workshops to be eligible to compete in the New Venture Competition. At least one team member from each team/company must be in attendance to receive credit.
