Danya Feltzin is a visionary real estate developer, hospitality innovator, and environmental advocate whose roots in design and construction trace back four generations. His great-grandfather built brownstones in Manhattan, his grandfather developed condominiums in Miami, and another served as an architect for the Catholic Church, laying the foundation for a lifetime immersed in built environments and meaningful placemaking.
Danya champions regenerative design and human-centered sustainability, culminating in the opening of CASCADA, an award-winning wellness destination and the first LEED Platinum mass timber hotel world.
