Fundraising Masterclass with Two Ravens

​Join Two Ravens for an in-depth masterclass on the early-stage fundraising process on June 5th During Vancouver Startup Week

​Isaac Kato, Founding Partner of Two Ravens, a new pre-seed/seed stage VC firm, is a 3X entrepreneur. He has founded two companies, led three, raised $200M+ of capital from pre-seed to Series D, and has three successful exits. He has also been a professional investor and angel for 12+ years, with experience at General Catalyst Partners, Summit Partners, and Techstars Seattle.

​Isaac will lead the masterclass, which provides a holistic overview of the entire fundraising process. The first half of the workshop will cover strategic topics, such as what questions should founders ask themselves before embarking on a fundraising process, first principles of fundraising, and how to craft a fundraising plan. The second half will delve into the tactical topics of what tools and resources you should have to support your fundraise, the nitty gritty of fundraising execution, and what to do once you’ve succeeded in raising capital.

​This masterclass is best suited for founders who have at least an MVP of the product they’ve built and who are planning to launch a pre-seed or seed fundraise from professional investors in the next six months. The class will run for 3-4 hours - please do not register unless you intend to stay for the entire workshop.
