Sam Costich is the founder of Costich Enterprises. He is experienced in helping companies raise capital and run operations. He has raised in the tens of millions in capital for companies in the PreSeed- Series D range and has helped organizations scale their business to several million in revenue per month.
Sam’s responsibility is to teach the foundations behind raising capital, viewing the transaction across the table from an investor’s point-of-view and providing the right guidance to founders, usually in the form of preparing financials and other business-critical models and software. His practice emphasizes clarity, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. Their approach is rooted in his deep understanding of the financial landscape and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for startup founders.
Having raised capital for his own businesses, others, and been involved in acquisitions, Sam helps businesses navigate investor relationships, prepare for financing, and organize how to properly use funds and communicate with the board. Sam works collaboratively with other business advisors to provide comprehensive financial modeling and strategic planning services. In addition, he regularly engages with investors, helping startups present compelling value propositions and growth potential to secure the necessary capital.
