Women Who Raise

​Join us for a women's self-defense class led by women. 💪

​We will walk through basic strikes and releases that can be utilized in self-defense. No fitness level or martial arts experience is required. Just bring an open mind, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing to move in, and we'll take care of the rest!

​Check in from 10 - 10:30 a.m.

​Striking begins at 10:30 a.m.

​Ticket cost is $30 per person. Attendees can pay via Zelle using the email address contact@truetkdaz.com. Cash is also accepted on the day of the event.
