About Event

The hips are large, complex joints in the body, with 17+ muscles to target/lengthen/stretch. Time under passive tension in a variety of poses is a very effective way to achieve open, more flexible hips. I'm hosting/teaching this Targeted Hip Flexibility Online Class on Saturday, January 9th at 7 PM.

Why 7:00 in the evening? Deep passive stretching is ideal for the latter part of your day. It is a wonderful practice to do before going to bed at night.

P.S. Follow up your deep stretching with some breathwork afterward and you might just sleep like a newborn babe. ;) If you don't know what breathwork is all about, check out my other classes!

All you need for this class is a yoga mat and yoga blocks, but if you don't have yoga blocks, couch pillows will do the trick! We will work through 7-10 poses, depending on time needed for introduction and instruction.
