

Evening Yin Yoga
Join us for a Member Yoga Class led by Lasha Howard from our Catalyst Commons Community Team.

What you'll need:
Please bring a yoga mat
Two yoga blocks
Water bottle
Blanket
*We do have some yoga blocks available that will be first come first serve. If you don't have a yoga mat, bring a towel or blanket.

Yin yoga is a slow and passive form of yoga where yoga poses are held for a longer period of time, usually between 30 seconds-5 minutes. There is zero need for experience, everyone will benefit from Yin.
Some benefits of Yin Yoga:
Improves circulation
Calms and balances body and mind
Releases fascia (connective tissue)
Cancellation/No Show - we understand if you have to cancel. If so, please cancel your reservation in time so someone else can reserve their spot. There is limited spots.
