Chris Petzoldt is a Sydney-based expert in monetisation strategy with over 25 years of global experience. As the former Managing Partner at Simon-Kucher & Partners, he led more than 200 growth projects across 20 countries and founded the firm’s Australia/New Zealand operations, growing it to 30+ people. Chris has worked with dozens of tech companies—from start-ups to unicorns—on pricing, packaging, AI monetisation, and go-to-market strategy. A frequent speaker at VC and PE events, he is now a venture partner and continues to advise founders on scaling revenue. Chris studied business in Germany and Sweden and is a Harvard AMP graduate.
Serge van Dam is a Movac Operating partner. Serge spent 10 years in mobile banking and payments, principally as Chief Marketing Officer of M-Com, the world’s leading provider of mobile banking platforms to financial institutions (acquired by Nasdaq-listed Fiserv in 2011). In that period, he gained deep experience in international market entry (US, Europe, Asia, etc), B2B marketing and thought leadership, and managing sales and channel teams at scale. In the last five years, Serge has been an active investor and Director in early-stage, high-growth, going-global Kiwi B2B software companies, with particular attention to growth strategies.
