Los Angeles Fires Impact Day

​​Stifel Financial, KPMG, and EVCA present an evening dedicated to the spirit of lending a helping hand to people impacted by the January 2025 Los Angeles fires.

​The main event will be a 2-hour volunteering session where we prep high quality, nutritious meals for those impacted by the fires, followed by a shared meal discussing the impact of the fires, climate change, and innovations around prevention and restoration.

​Agenda:

• ​Check-in - 5:00pm

• ​Welcome drinks, appetizers - 5:00-5:30pm

• ​Volunteer activity - 5:30-7:30pm

• ​Networking reception - 7:30pm onwards

​Check in will be a 5pm with a 5:30pm start time. After volunteering, food and drinks will be provided for a short happy hour. There will be breaks in between and an opportunity to walk around and talk.

​What can you expect from the volunteer activity?

• ​Meal preparation, e.g. chop vegetables, roll meatballs or gnocchi, cut chicken, fill and fold pastries. Prep needs are dependent on menu selection.

• ​Roll homemade cookie dough

• ​Assemble the meals in the prepared containers and packaging

• ​Enjoy homemade chocolate chip cookies straight from the oven

• ​Closing discussion, Q&A, and a group photo to preserve the memory

​Ample street parking is available next to the venue on Pico and the surrounding side streets.
