About the Speaker
Elena Guañuna recently completed her law school journey and sat for the July 2024 California Bar Exam. She holds a BSc in Cognition, with a specialization in Neuroscience, from the University of California, San Diego. Elena has contributed to academic and professional projects across Budapest, Beijing, Boston, London, and Washington D.C. During law school, her focus areas included information privacy law, national security law, and corporate law. Her recent experiences involve working with the U.S. Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3), the Cyberlaw Clinic at Harvard Law School, and the Future of Privacy Forum, a think tank based in Washington D.C.
