​About the hosts

​Niels Floor is a pioneer in the field of learning experience design (LXD). As an author, trainer, teacher, designer, and thought leader, he's been leading the global LXD community since 2007.

​He's well known for creating the Learning Experience Canvas, organising the annual conference LXDCON, and writing "This is learning experience design." Floor owns Shapers, an international learning experience design and training agency based in the Netherlands.

​Eikris Biala is a self-titled Learning Experience Designer in Australia. She is currently working for the Association of Independent Schools, NSW and co-leading the L&D Shakers: Local Hub Sydney.
