​About your hosts:

​As the creative director and founder at Spinner Design, Jen Spinner gives and receives feedback all day. After 10+ years of practicing receiving feedback, she’s developed several strategies to tease out helpful feedback and also give critiques gracefully.

​Winter Wei has been a designer for over a decade. She has grown and scaled multidisciplinary UX teams that built products used by millions of users across the globe. As a leader in UX, she is driven by making the most impact by solving the right problems, at the right time, by the right people, and always raising the craft quality of how the solutions are executed.
