​Liz Garcia is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, born and based in Brooklyn, NY. She began her personal yoga journey in 2016, and has since completed her yoga teacher training in Rincón, Puerto Rico, along with a 30-hour trauma-informed yoga teacher course. Elizabeth’s teaching style is calm and supportive, and she occasionally hosts online and in-person classes and events in NYC.
