About Event

Join us for an exhilarating high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout on our rooftop! This heart-pumping workout will push you to your limits and leave you feeling strong and energized.

Our trainer, Timothée LeBarillec, will lead you through a series of challenging exercises that will test your endurance, strength, and agility. The workout is designed to alternate between intense bursts of activity and short recovery periods, maximizing your calorie burn and boosting your metabolism.

All fitness levels are welcome, and modifications will be provided to ensure everyone can participate at their own pace.
