​Kundalini, also known as life force, prana or qi, underpins all living things — influencing our natural abilities for healing, intuitive alignment, and personal clarity.

​KAP, short for Kundalini Activation Process, is a method to awaken this dormant energy, accelerating the path of self-exploration and personal growth.

​During the session:

​During KAP, a certified practitioner facilitates the energy transmission through light touch and/or working within your energy field. You may experience emotional release, somatic reactions (like shaking or twitching), profound relaxation, mental clarity, intuitive development, deep insights, visions, and more. No previous experience needed.

​Before the session:

• ​Abstain from caffeine, drugs, and alcohol at least 24 hours before the session.

• ​Eat light and preferable not at all 1-2 hrs before the session.

• ​Please bring a yoga mat

• ​Wear comfortable clothing

• ​Optional to bring a light blanket and/or eye mask.
