What is Talent Hacked? 🤔
Founded by Rachel Grimston (Talent Lead at Accurx), Will Robertson (Head of Talent & People at Ophelos) & Joe Atkinson (Founder of Purpl), Talent Hacked aims to help talent folk in the tech start-up world hack real life talent problems, together.
We realised that there weren't many meet-ups out there for talent teams in the tech space where you could genuinely learn from one another, in a collaborative environment. Talent Hacked aim to fix this through mini hackathons, whiteboarding & seminar style learning sessions.
What can I expect from this event? 🎟️
We're back at Accurx HQ on Wednesday 9th October to host a group of Talent Partners / Leaders, this time we're focusing on how you can effectively improve the quality of your interview team.
We'll be covering areas such as:
✅ Hiring Manager enablement
✅ Training and upskilling the interview team
✅ Creating training decks & enablement materials
✅ Building & rolling out new interview processes
As always we will be live problem solving together so feel free to bring any live problems you have or examples of what's worked for you in these areas that you can share with the group.
Our aim is that everybody leaves this meet up feeling like they have learnt something new!
