This initiative aims to assist newcomers in successfully integrating into their communities and workplaces through a comprehensive two-month training series.
The program offers workshops on community integration, cultural adaptation, and building lasting relationships, along with guidance on crafting compelling self-pitches and excelling in job interviews.
Our training sessions are designed to equip immigrants with essential skills to navigate cultural differences and regain confidence after relocation challenges.
Participants will benefit from workshops on effective communication and networking strategies, connecting with accomplished immigrant and local leaders to build a strong foundation for thriving careers in America.
At the end of the program, newcomers will join a professional networking event organized by Femigrants to connect with successful and established immigrant leaders and build long-term relationships with them.
