Online Workshop by Sophie Howarth and Menka Sanghvi

How much of what you notice everyday is decided by algorithms?

Attention is the gateway all our experiences. And yet more and more of what we notice every day is being engineered and automated by algorithms.

In this powerful, practical workshop, we'll explore how to reclaim agency over our most precious resource - our attention - so we can use it better for what matters most to us.

What to expect:

Together we will look at what influences our attention, and how these forces are stronger in the digital environments we inhabit.

Through practical exercises we will bring our awareness to our personal patterns, and explore how to reclaim our choice.

🟡 Notice how our attention moves
🟡 Notice how emotions influence us
🟡 Notice the impact of conversations
🟡 Notice how effort shapes attention
🟡 Notice our human-centric-ness
🟡 Notice our negativity and positivity biases

No experience is needed, just an open mind and willingness to challenge yourself and your digital habits.
