Mae'r sesiwn wybodaeth hon yn cael ei chyflwyno ar gyfer Grant Twf Sefydliadol Comic Relief.
Bydd y cynllun yn ariannu sefydliadau sy’n gweithio i ddarparu buddion o dan y themâu a ganlyn, a dylai camau gweithredu i’w hariannu o dan y cais hwn am grant fod yn ymochrol a bwriadon y cynllun grant:
• Plant a phobl ifanc – dysgu a datblygu; datblygiad plentyndod cynnar
• Cymunedol – canolbwyntio ar wasanaethau lleol gan gynnwys banciau bwyd, ceginau cymunedol a mannau diogel i bobl sy’n agored i niwed
• Allgymorth a chefnogaeth sy’n canolbwyntio ar deuluoedd – hanfodion ac anghenion sylfaenol / cymorth ariannol
• Digartrefedd
• Gwasanaethau iechyd meddwl
Mae mudiadau sydd â diben cymdeithasol ac incwm blynyddol o dan £250,000 yn gymwys i ymgeisio.
This information session is being delivered for the Comic Relief Organisational Growth Grant.
The scheme will fund organisations which work to deliver benefits under the following themes, actions to be funded under this grant request should be aligned with the aims of the grant scheme:
• Children and young people – learning and development; early childhood development
• Community – focusing on local services including food banks, community kitchens and safe spaces for vulnerable people
• Family focused outreach and support - basic essentials and needs / financial support
• Homelessness
• Mental health services
Organisations with a socially focussed purpose and an annual income of less than £250,000 are eligible to apply.
