About Event

Join us for a two-part session exploring how organisations can drive real impact through skills-first practices and workplace learning.

In this two-part webinar, Part 1 broadens the lens to explore how adopting skills-first practices enables HR to make better decisions in hiring, development, and workforce planning—building agile, future-ready teams based on capabilities, not just credentials.

Part 2 delves into how the workplace is a powerful learning environment where employees can build and strengthen their skills to support business growth and transformation. Structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) and effective Workplace Coaching are key enablers of workplace learning. Discover how you can be recognised as a learning advocate through the IHRP Workplace Learning Champion Role Badge by acquiring the skills to develop on-the-job training programmes and conduct workplace coaching — thereby contributing to a strong culture of learning in your organisation, helping your organisation achieve its business goals.
