​On March 31 we're thrilled to welcome Carlos Ganoza, a distinguished tech entrepreneur, product executive, and educator with a remarkable journey in innovation and entrepreneurship. As the current VP of Product at Wonolo, the largest labor marketplace for hourly workers in the US, Carlos leads product strategy across eight countries, implementing AI solutions that have revolutionized worker recruitment and job matching.

​Previously, Carlos co-founded Quantum Talent, which he grew and successfully sold to Wonolo.

​A Fulbright Scholar with an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Carlos has been recognized as a top founder. Join us for an insightful conversation about entrepreneurship, product innovation, and the future of work.
