The original version of the Magician card from Tarot, le Bateleur is basically the travelling conjuror - “arranging and rearranging objects on the table to achieve particular effects.”
Are all cardstock'ers bateleurs? When does a conjuror start becoming a magician? Exactly what kind of magic were Queen talking about when they said "It's a Kind of Magic"..?
