About Event

​Join us for the first Bookclub of 2025 as we discuss Cultures of Growth by Mary C. Murphy (professor of Psychological and Brain Sciences at Indiana University and consultant on behavioral science for equitable learning environments at Princeton University).

​The book is a great read for all of us wanting to explore the connection between mindsets and professional success. In Cultures of Growth, Murphy argues that mindset transcends individuals and draws on compelling examples from her work with Fortune 500 companies, startups and schools, she shows how we can all create a growth mindset culture.

​As usual, feel free to join even if you haven’t read the (whole) book! This is a great time for Shakers to connect and share their own ideas on the topic as well.
