⚡ Kernel Issue 3 Launch Party
Join us to celebrate the launch of Kernel Magazine Volume 3!
Kernel Magazine is published annually by Reboot, a community reimagining techno-optimism for a better collective future. Our first two volumes, in 2021 and 2022, asked, Where do we go from here? How do we get there?
The theme of Issue 3 is SUSTAIN, and completes this line of questioning: Are we there yet?
Come join us at Manny's, a classic SF gathering place, while exploring the themes of this issue with interactive activities and informal dialogues. All are invited, and feel free to bring friends!
We're excited to cohost this event with The Tech We Want Luminaries, who will be spotlighting activities from their recent project, The People's History of Tech.
A ticket to this event gets you:
The opportunity to be the first (!) to get your hands on physical magazines, with the cost of the ticket applied to the price.
A discount code for Kernel if purchased online within launch week (September 10-17)
Surprise goodies!
Come hang out with us, we'd love to see you :)

The People's History of Tech is a participatory technology project that combines the work of experts and historians with popular media and, most importantly your stories (yes, you!) to collect a dynamic shared history. We believe that if we collaborate on building a more just and representative history of technology, then we can collaborate on architecting a more just, shared future.
COVID Policy: If you're feeling even a tiny bit sick, please do refrain from attending this event! All attendees must be vaccinated.
