About Text to Code

Text to Code is a monthly web3 meetup launched by Hashed Emergent.

The objective of these meetups is to enhance our collective understanding of emerging trends in web3, by engaging in collective deliberation.

In a rapidly-evolving web3 landscape, it can be difficult to stay up-to-date and filter signals from the noise. Text to Code seeks to address this challenge by providing a platform for knowledge sharing, open communication, debate, and collective discourse around the most relevant and cutting-edge developments in web3.

The name "Text to Code" is inspired by the emerging and transformative shift from text-based systems of coordination to blockchain-based code. Social systems of coordination have historically relied on text-based norms. Blockchain-based code offers a new level of transparency, trust, and efficiency in transacting and can improve our systems of coordination manifold.

Text to Code is built on the recognition of this potential and seeks to be at the forefront of this shift, facilitating conversations around the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.

Whether you're an entrepreneur, researcher, developer, or simply someone who is curious about the future of the internet, Text to Code is the place for you. Join us for these sessions to expand your knowledge, connect with like-minded individuals, and contribute to the development of this exciting and rapidly-evolving field. We look forward to seeing you at Text to Code!
