​Are you an HR professional, People & Culture leader, Workplace Experience Manager or Office Manager? Then this space is for you.

​We’re launching a new community for culture creators across organizations. Imagine it as a space to exchange, reflect, learn and build meaningful connections around the real experience of working on company culture.

​We’ll kick off with an inspiring Keynote about social health at work and then invite you to explore the immersive IKONO space together through a collaborative culture activity. This isn’t a sit-and-listen kind of evening – it’s about walking, talking and co-creating a new conversation about culture.

About the Host

Hello there, I am Deniz and founded the Corporate Culture Community to connect the people who actively shape company culture – HR leaders, office managers and those who truly see culture as a strategic force.

​While I don’t come from a traditional HR background, I deeply believe that strong culture emerges when the right people come together to share ideas and take action.

​This community is built by and for those who lead on culture – because even though culture involves everyone, it needs people who take responsibility for it.
