​At 14.ai, we’re creating the AI-native customer support platform. We’ll share how we’re using Effect to build safe, interruptible workflows, and how we’re combining it with LLMs to power agents that can operate across structured and unstructured support data.

​We’re keeping it small, just 15 engineers, to go deep on design patterns, trade-offs, and what it takes to move beyond simple prompting into autonomous task execution.
