​This full-day immersive workshop is co-facilitated by two masterful guides in the art of embodied leadership and transformational communication.

​Together, Lynnea and Gary create a dynamic container where developing coaches can awaken core confidence by connecting to their authentic voice, empowering mission, and embodied self-talk.

​The morning begins with Lynnea guiding participants into deep somatic listening and presence practices to align body, breath, and intention.

​From there, Gary leads participants through the discovery and articulation of their Empowering Mission Statement—a uniquely personal declaration that calls forth alignment and purpose. Through guided visualization, voice activation, and multisensory expression, each participant is supported in bringing their mission to life—feeling it, speaking it, and embedding it into their nervous system with movement, rhythm, and joy.

​In the afternoon, the experience expands with Gary introducing his proprietary Grid System, HERO model (Highlight, Embody, Rehearse, Own), and the 3 V’s of Communication: Visual, Vocal, and Verbal alignment—tools designed to amplify personal presence and expressive power.

​In synergy, Lynnea facilitates integrative practices that anchor newfound confidence into real-world contexts, including boundary-setting, resonant leadership, and adaptive emotional intelligence.
