Dinner & Powell’s City of Books Night 📚✨: Summer Series Thursday

As part of our Explore Local Summer Series, join your fellow women in the cohort for an inspiring evening of shared stories, delicious food, and a wander through one of Portland’s most iconic spaces — Powell’s City of Books.

What to Expect
We’ll kick off the evening with dinner at a nearby downtown spot (details coming soon), where you’ll connect over conversation and community. Afterward, we’ll head to Powell’s City of Books, the legendary indie bookstore that spans an entire city block and offers a little magic for every kind of reader.
Wander the aisles, swap book recommendations, or just soak in the cozy, literary energy together.
📚 Group Activity: “Shelf Discovery” Challenge
Throughout the bookstore visit, you’ll pair up for a light, self-guided challenge:

Reminds you of who you were at 12
You’d gift to a daughter, niece, or friend
You want to bring home with you (if any)
📸 Snap a photo of of your picks to share back with the group (and post on the WhatsApp summer series channel).

Getting There
We’ll meet downtown at 6:30 PM for dinner (final restaurant details coming soon), then walk over to Powell’s together. The area is easily accessible by public transit, bike, or ride-share. Street and garage parking available nearby.
