About our Hosts:
Angel Lam brings over 20 years of executive search experience gained from Heidrick & Struggles, Korn Ferry, and Robert Walters; Currently, Angel is the Lead Principal at Envision Human Capital & Advisory Group specializing in C-Suite and VP/Director Level executive search assignments across all industry sectors on regional basis.
She founded JumpUp in 2021 - a career coaching and mentoring program for aspiring female executives navigating in the patriarchal corporate world.
Angel moved to Vancouver in 2024 in pursuing her Master Degree in Executive Leadership (Business) and serves as the Project Advisor for Connections Community Services Society, an NGO based in Richmond.
Born in Hong Kong and grew up in Los Angeles, Angel is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree majoring in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting.

Winnie Cheung is an advanced skincare holistic esthetician, podologist and aromatherapist, with a background in customer relations management, and was an instructor at West Coast College.
She owns and operates the award-winning Tao Day Spa in Steveston and has helped clients achieve their goals and improve their overall health and well-being through coaching, skin transformation, and maintenance.
Winnie is driven to find the root cause of any skin condition or reaction, and provide appropriate solutions with preventative measures. Winnie is also the creator and formulator of an inhouse brand, Esenti Skincare, focusing on customized organic facial oils uniquely blended for each individual.
