In this follow-up session, we’ll work in small task groups to dive deeper into shaping StartSchool’s future. From program quality to alumni engagement, we’ll co-create solutions that make StartSchool even stronger for future generations.

Each group presents their key ideas (up to 10 minutes per group). - We’ll share, discuss, and decide what we take forward.
You’ll join one of the following task groups:
Group 1 – Quality & Discipline
How can we raise the quality of content and delivery?
What feedback systems should we put in place?
How can we improve communication with the organizing team?
What needs to change in our structure, rules, or attitudes?
Group 2 – Vision, Values & Growth
What are StartSchool’s core values? Are they clearly communicated?
What could we do better in the future?
If participation cost $10K, what would you expect?
What’s your vision for StartSchool in 10 years? What will it take to get there?
Group 3 – Future Batches
How can we pass on knowledge and culture to future students?
Should we build something like a mini-alumni council to check in monthly or bi-monthly with new batches?
How do we encourage stronger in-person engagement?
Group 4 – Alumni & Beyond
How can we stay connected after graduation?
What kind of support would you like to receive?
What kind of updates or communication do you want to send/receive as an alum?
