As you step into the climate-controlled container, you're greeted by the soft hum of LED grow lights and the earthy scent of thriving greens. Our expert operators will introduce the hydroponic vertical farming system we operate in partnership with 80 Acres Farms, walking you through how we use water-efficient methods and smart automation to grow premium microgreens year-round, regardless of outside weather.
We conclude the tour at our community table, where you can enjoy light bites featuring our microgreens, meet fellow growers and food lovers, and explore how to bring our fresh produce into your own kitchen, including:
