He previously worked in Banking and Risk roles at Citigroup and helped develop a Startup Ecosystem in Palestine for the Portland Trust. In addition to his role at Coinrule, Oleg is a Trustee of Startup Leadership Program, a global entrepreneurship initiative. Oleg holds an MPhil degree from the University of Oxford.

🎤 Ben C – Developer Ecosystem, Eliza Labs: Ben C has been working in the crypto space since 2017, with deep experience across infrastructure, protocols, and decentralized applications. Ben spent four years leading the development of a foundational EVM infrastructure product, taking it from concept to production and scaling it for real-world usage. Ben believes that within the next 12 months, blockchain networks will see more transactions initiated by agents than by human users, and open source AI will grow in importance as AI becomes further mainstream.
🎤 Yasmina Kazitani – Ainno Labs & Interverse AI: Yasmina Kazitani is a trailblazer in AI, blockchain, gaming, and digital marketing, driving innovation and fostering global collaborations to shape the future of technology. As the first woman Co-President of the Blockchain Game Alliance (BGA), she is at the forefront of advocating for diversity, inclusion, and decentralization in the gaming and Web3 industries.
She made history as the first African woman to publish a book on AI, blockchain, and marketing, bridging the gap between emerging technologies and real-world applications. With over 18 years of experience, she has led strategic partnerships and innovation programs for top global brands, helping them navigate digital transformation and explore new frontiers in entertainment, gaming, and education.
Yasmina is also the co-founder of Numidia Valley, an initiative dedicated to empowering tech entrepreneurs and creatives across Africa. Through masterclasses, incubation programs, and global partnerships with industry leaders such as Lamina1, Unity, and the Blockchain Game Alliance, she is helping shape Africa’s digital future.
Passionate about education, upskilling, and ecosystem building, Yasmina continues to champion initiatives that support the next generation of entrepreneurs, ensuring Africa plays a leading role in the global tech landscape.
🎤 Jasper de Maere - Head of Research, Outlier Ventures: Jasper De Maere leads the research efforts at Outlier Ventures. He focuses on thesis formation that underpin accelerator programs and identifying top down digital asset trends. He has five years of experience across sales & trading in financial markets at BNP Paribas and Morgan Stanley and most recently two years of experience at Morgan Stanley as research analyst covering digital assets & Web3. Jasper possesses deep knowledge of financial infrastructure and has strong interests in grassroot innovation across Web3 verticals such as DeFi, Identity, Gaming, DePIN and AI.
