Michelle Huie is the founder of VIM & VIGR and ShopDot
Michelle founded VIM & VIGR compression legwear in 2013 after discovering a personal need for stylish and comfortable compression socks. In 2018, VIM & VIGR was named one of the fastest growing private companies by INC and was recently featured in Google’s Economic Impact Report. Michelle has successfully bootstrapped the business to multi-millions in revenue and is on track to increase her 2023 revenue by over 50% while maintaining a 20%+ net profit margin.
Michelle recently launched ShopDot, a venture-backed technology company that provides brick-and-mortar retailers access to a virtual stockroom of their favorite brands – enabling retailers to sell products beyond what they physically have in stock. Through ShopDot, brands and retailers can partner together to enhance and complete the in-store shopping experience by making it easy to deliver the right product at the right moment.
